FibreGuard: Easy Clean Solutions

Proven to be both stain-resistant and long-lasting, FibreGuard fabrics are engineered from the inside out to perform for the home, for work and for you.

The inherent FibreGuard protection is the result of years of research and testing by interior designers and textile engineers offering a range of fabrics ready to stand up to anything daily life can throw at them.

The FibreGuard effect is permanent, meaning that the stain-free properties are inherent in the fabric and will last long after washing or prolonged use.  The easy to clean nature of the fabric means you can easily maintain your upholstered furniture.

The unique benefits of FibreGuard make it the ideal choice for both residential and commercial interiors and this is showcased below in projects from across the globe where FibreGuard has been specified:

One&Only Gorilla’s Nest Resort, Rwanda

The designers of the One&Only Gorilla’s Nest resort in East Africa chose FibreGuard because of its internationally recognised quality and safety standards, as well as the diverse designs and textures on offer.

Nestled in Africa’s oldest national park, which is rich with colourful birds, and the majestic mountain gorillas, FibreGuard fabrics were specified for all sofas in the suites and lodges of the resort and chosen for the environmental attributes whereby no harmful finishes or residues are released – something that of course is of utmost importance for human use, as well as for the unique flora and fauna in the surrounding reserve.

Denmar Specialist Psychiatric Hospital, South Africa

A dedicated healthcare facility specializing in the treatment of psychiatric illnesses provides 170 beds and an ECT theatre plus day clinic, set in beautifully landscaped gardens with more than 100 bird species flying around.

Nonsuch Interior Consultants chose FibreGuard fabrics for the upholstery of the reception area. After selecting beautiful hues from our Peak, Octavia and Emoji collections, they created a tranquil space; closely connected to tenderness. Combining a minimalistic colour palette with soft pastels and the use of curvy shapes make for warm and comfortable areas. A perfect place to switch off and find relaxation.

FibreGuard offers a range of design styles and colour palettes to work within your interior scheme.

Chicland Hotel, Vietnam

This eco-friendly hotel is a tranquil oasis in the bustling and vivid coastal city of Da Nang. The hotel design focusses on natural materials: basalt stone, sandstone, bamboo etcetera. The façade is enriched by lots of plants and greens, making it a real breath of fresh air.

Chicland Hotel has it all with two on site restaurants, a beachfront, an infinity swimming pool, a gym, a spa area and business facilities. There’s many different room types to choose from, all with one thing in common: inspired by minimalism and nature. Each and every room is characterized by natural woods, cream stone walls, concrete ceilings and earthy-toned furniture.

This interior was complimented perfectly by the FibreGuard fabrics for the window sheers and the blackout curtains resulting in a lovely contrast with the concrete ceilings.

Ronald McDonald House, New Zealand

Ronald McDonald House is a ‘home-away-from-home’ that supports families when their child is in a hospital.  Accommodation and support is provided free of charge to help relieve some of the everyday stresses these families face.

A refresh to the reception area seating resulted in new textiles for this high foot traffic area. The nature of a hospital-like environment meant the reception seating had to meet the requirements for a commercial healthcare grade project.
